Paris and Cambridge, Mass. – Nanobiotix, a late-stage clinical biotechnology company, announced its third quarter 2025 operational and financial update on November 24, 2025. The company has established a financial foundation for long-term growth by closing a non-dilutive royalty financing transaction with HealthCare Royalty (HCRx), receiving an upfront payment of $50 million.

The company reported significant progress in the global development program for its JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3) treatment. Initial data from a Phase 1 study evaluating the therapy for esophageal cancer was presented. Furthermore, Nanobiotix completed the transfer of sponsorship for the NANORAY-312 study to Johnson & Johnson in most regions.

Nanobiotix's Curadigm Nanoprimer program is also advancing. Four new patent applications have been filed to expand the intellectual property portfolio, supporting an initial internal product pipeline and external collaborations. Pre-clinical data evaluating the Nanoprimer in combination with therapeutic vaccines have been presented.

Clinical updates are expected in 2026 from ongoing or completed Phase 1 studies of JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3) sponsored by Nanobiotix or The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. These studies cover melanoma, lung cancer amenable to re-irradiation, pancreatic cancer, and esophageal cancer. As of September 30, 2025, the company’s cash and cash equivalents were €20.4 million.
