Nanobiotix updates clinical timeline for JNJ-1900 phase 3 study
Nanobiotix has finalized the transfer of operational control for the NANORAY-312 study to Johnson & Johnson, with interim results now expected in the first half of 2027.

Clinical-stage biotechnology firm Nanobiotix has completed the transition of sponsorship and operational control for the NANORAY-312 phase 3 clinical trial to Johnson & Johnson. The study assesses the efficacy of JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3) in patients with locally advanced head and neck cancer.
Following the transfer, the company anticipates that the interim analysis will be finalized in the first half of 2027. This projection depends on the completion of patient recruitment and the observation of a required number of clinical events as defined by the study protocol.
Moving forward, Johnson & Johnson will be responsible for reporting updates and estimates regarding NANORAY-312 and other J&J-sponsored trials. Nanobiotix will continue to oversee and disclose developments for its own independent clinical programs and those conducted in partnership with the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
