Narda Safety Test Solutions expands automatic direction-finding antenna capabilities
Narda Safety Test Solutions provides automatic antenna systems for the SignalShark receiver, aimed at high-speed radio frequency signal localization and analysis.
Narda Safety Test Solutions has optimized its range of automatic direction-finding (ADF) antennas for use with its SignalShark signal analyzer. These systems are designed for applications requiring rapid localization of radio frequency signals, particularly in environments where reflections and signal instability pose challenges.
The hardware is capable of processing signal cycles within 2.5 milliseconds, allowing for high-speed tracking of transient signals. To enhance data reliability, the antennas include an integrated omnidirectional reference sensor and support elevation bearing measurements. This allows users to maintain accurate tracking as they close in on a signal source.
These antenna systems are employed in fields such as spectrum monitoring, interference hunting, and tactical signal intelligence. Recent technical updates from the company have further extended these capabilities to support frequency ranges up to 26.5 GHz, catering to the requirements of automotive, industrial, and defense sectors.
