Nat Habit Secures ₹142 Crore for Offline Expansion
D2C personal care brand Nat Habit has raised ₹142 crore in a Series C funding round led by Trident Growth Partners. The capital will be used to expand its offline distribution network and product portfolio.

Indian D2C personal care brand Nat Habit has raised ₹142 crore (approximately $14.7 million) in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Trident Growth Partners, with participation from existing investors Bertelsmann India Investments, Mirabilis Investment Trust, and Sharrp Ventures.
The startup plans to significantly expand its offline retail presence, aiming to grow from approximately 20,000 stores to 200,000 within the next three years. This expansion includes increasing its footprint in general trade and entering modern retail channels. The company also aims to reach a broader consumer base, including what it terms the "Bharat consumer," by adjusting pack sizes and marketing.
Beyond its retail expansion, Nat Habit will allocate capital to strengthen its quick commerce presence and broaden its product offerings. New categories such as sunscreens and serums are planned, requiring investment in research, development, and manufacturing facilities. Founded in 2019 by Swagatika Das and Gaurav Agarwal, Nat Habit focuses on plant-based personal care products derived from traditional Ayurvedic principles.
The company reports serving over 6 million households in India and achieving an annualised gross revenue of ₹330 crore. This funding follows a $10.2 million Series B round in 2023, which supported product diversification, brand building, and talent acquisition.
