Naturalia promotes regenerative organic farming

Organic retailer Naturalia is launching a comprehensive communication and awareness campaign throughout June to promote regenerative organic farming in its stores and online. The initiative aims to spotlight Naturalia's partnerships with farmers who are committed to regenerating agricultural soils, strengthening ecosystem resilience, and restoring biodiversity through their practices.

Sidonie Tagliante, Marketing, Communication, and CSR Director at Naturalia, stated that regenerative organic farming goes beyond current organic standards and is a strategic issue for the resilience of agricultural ecosystems. She emphasized that healthy soil strengthens resilience against climate fluctuations, contributes to the sustainability and profitability of agricultural models, and helps sequester carbon.

The campaign seeks to educate the public on farming practices that offer solutions to biodiversity loss and climate change. Information will be disseminated through educational displays in stores, video testimonials from partner producers on social media, and featured product selections on Naturalia's website and catalog.

Among the featured partners are Omie, which monitors soil organic matter and regeneration rates; La ferme de la Tremblay, focused on plant and animal biodiversity; and Coteaux nantais, practicing biodynamic cultivation. The SOY brand, transitioning from organic to agroecology, also highlights soil revitalization. Naturalia was recognized with the "Coup de cœur" award at the "Lauriers de la Régénération 2025" on June 18 for its regenerative initiatives.

Regenerative organic farming is an approach that actively regenerates the earth, aiming to restore soil fertility, preserve biodiversity, and enhance the resilience of agricultural ecosystems while producing quality food. This is in contrast to simply avoiding harm to the land.
