Natuvion and PwC publish guidebook for IT transformations
Natuvion and PwC have released a guidebook compiling insights from over 1,000 IT transformation projects to assist executives in managing complex system migrations.

Natuvion and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) have published a new book, "Transformation Roadbook," aimed at guiding organizations through complex IT transformations. The text draws on the firms' collective experience from over 1,000 completed projects.
The guidebook details critical phases of the transformation process, covering initial assessment, migration strategy, data quality management, testing, and legacy system decommissioning. The authors argue that IT transformations frequently encounter difficulties due to flawed assumptions and rigid planning rather than purely technical failures.
According to Natuvion CEO Patric Dahse and PwC partner Thomas Jung, successful transformation is a strategic necessity that requires a focus beyond simple technical implementation. The book utilizes real-world examples, including case studies from BMW Group and Vattenfall, to demonstrate practical methodologies and common pitfalls to avoid.
The volume is targeted at CIOs and project leaders. It is currently available at major retailers and bookstores for 99.90 euros.
