Navinci Extends Automated Protein Analysis to Open Staining Platforms
Navinci has launched NaveniBright™ AUTO, enabling its isPLA technology for protein interaction analysis on open automated staining platforms. The solution utilizes standard HRP-based detection.

Uppsala, Sweden – October 13, 2026 – Navinci has announced the release of NaveniBright™ AUTO, expanding its automated isPLA (in situ Proximity Ligation Assay) solutions to open automated staining platforms. This development allows for the implementation of protein interaction analysis using standard HRP-based detection workflows.
Building upon Navinci's existing portfolio of automated isPLA solutions, NaveniBright™ AUTO broadens the accessibility of automated protein interaction analysis beyond proprietary platform-specific workflows. Researchers can now implement Navinci's proprietary isPLA technology on commonly available open automated staining platforms, leveraging their existing HRP-based detection systems.
The new product aims to make complex protein interaction analysis more readily achievable and integratable into routine pathology and research laboratory settings. The technology is expected to enhance sample processing efficiency and yield more precise analytical results.
NaveniBright™ AUTO is designed for compatibility with existing automated staining systems, reducing the need for additional hardware investments and shortening the setup time. Navinci anticipates that this solution will accelerate research into protein interactions across various scientific disciplines.
