Euroatlas focuses on technology in four key areas: underwater autonomy, power electronics, day and night vision systems, and counter-drone systems. These technologies are primarily utilized within the defence sector.
Euroatlas is an existing holding of Mimir Industries AB, a fund vehicle managed by Mimir in which NAXS already holds an investment. This specific co-investment is being made through a separate vehicle, Mimir EA Holding II AB. The transaction involves no management fees and no carried interest.
