NCC Appoints Mattias Andersson as New General Counsel
Construction company NCC has appointed Mattias Andersson as its new General Counsel. Andersson joins NCC from Stegra, where he most recently served as General Counsel.

Construction group NCC announced the appointment of Mattias Andersson as its new General Counsel. Andersson is expected to take up his position shortly and will oversee the company's legal affairs.
Andersson brings extensive legal experience to NCC. He most recently served as General Counsel for the steel company Stegra. His previous roles include General Counsel at Kinnevik and Legal Director at SKF.
Tomas Carlsson, President and CEO of NCC, welcomed Andersson, highlighting his combination of broad legal expertise with strong commercial and international experience. Carlsson also thanked Ann-Marie Hedbeck for her contributions and wished her success in her new assignment focused on Green Industry Transformation.
Mattias Andersson expressed his eagerness to contribute to NCC's development. He stated that NCC is at the forefront of its industry and that he aims to develop how the legal function can support and enable new business opportunities.
