NCC Converts Class A Shares to Class B in April 2026

Construction company NCC AB has reported on a conversion of shares that took place in April 2026. According to the company, 19,040 Series A shares were converted into Series B shares following requests from shareholders.
This conversion brings the total number of voting rights in the company to 160,768,086. The total number of registered shares amounts to 99,760,956, of which 6,778,570 are Series A and 92,982,386 are Series B. NCC holds 1,968,589 Series B shares in treasury.
