NCC has introduced NCC Connect™, a new platform designed to integrate credit access, fraud detection, and compliance functionalities directly within the CRM systems that automotive dealerships currently utilize. The aim is to eliminate the need for dealers to switch between multiple software platforms, a process that can slow down transactions and increase risk.

Previously, dealerships often managed separate systems for CRM, credit checks, and compliance management. NCC Connect streamlines these operations by bringing essential tools into the dealer's existing CRM workflow. This allows for credit pulls and identity verification to be performed without leaving the CRM interface, thus maintaining workflow continuity.

Brian Skutta, President and CEO of NCC, highlighted the challenges posed by increasingly complex deals and sophisticated fraud attempts. "Dealers don't need another system to log into; they need the tools they already have to work better together," Skutta stated. NCC Connect is expected to improve approval rates, enhance fraud protection, and expedite deal funding.

The launch comes amid rising concerns about auto lending fraud and evolving regulatory landscapes, such as California's SB 766. NCC Connect offers a unified approach to managing credit information, identifying potential fraud, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with all results logged within the CRM for auditability and faster closing.
