Construction company NCC has published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025. The company reported net sales of approximately SEK 56 billion and an operating profit of SEK 1,938 million. Earnings per share stood at SEK 14, excluding items affecting comparability.
Four out of NCC's five business areas improved their earnings during the year. While orders received were somewhat lower, a sharp increase in early-stage partnering projects is expected to strengthen the order backlog. The company recorded an impairment loss in the fourth quarter, primarily related to revised property value assessments.
NCC has updated its group climate targets and adopted a Climate Transition Plan aiming for net-zero emissions by 2045. The company plans to reduce its own emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 42 percent by 2030, with the same reduction target applying to value chain emissions (Scope 3).
NCC's operations encompass contracting for building and infrastructure projects, production of asphalt and stone materials, and commercial property development. As of the end of 2025, NCC employed approximately 11,500 people.
