Construction company NCC has released its 2025 Annual and Sustainability Report. The report details the company's financial performance and strategic advancements during the year.

Construction and real estate group NCC has published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025. The report outlines the company's financial results and strategic progress. President and CEO Tomas Carlsson stated that 2025 was a year characterized by strong underlying profitability and strategic decisions, laying a solid foundation for future profitable growth.
NCC reported sales of approximately SEK 56 billion and an operating profit of SEK 1,938 million. Four out of five business areas improved their earnings. An impairment loss was recognized in the fourth quarter of 2025, primarily related to revised property value assessments. While orders received were somewhat lower, early-stage partnering projects increased sharply, which is expected to strengthen the order backlog over time.
The company also updated its climate targets, adopting a Climate Transition Plan aiming for net-zero emissions by 2045. NCC intends to reduce its own emissions (Scope 1 and 2) and value chain emissions (Scope 3) by 42 percent by 2030. Emissions from own operations have decreased by 39 percent and value chain emissions by 10 percent since the 2024 baseline year.
The full report is available for download on NCC's website, along with a digital presentation. NCC's operations include contracting in building and infrastructure projects, production of asphalt and stone materials, and commercial property development. The company had sales of around SEK 56 billion and approximately 11,500 employees in 2025.
