Construction firm NCC reported an operating profit of 831 million SEK before items affecting comparability for the third quarter of 2026. The company saw sustained demand, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of year-on-year growth in order intake.
Margins within the group’s contracting business improved during the period. The company also noted strong cash flow from operating activities, providing financial stability as it shifts its operational focus.
CEO Tomas Carlsson stated that the divestment of the Industry business unit marks a strategic transition toward concentrating the company’s resources on core contracting services. The Industry unit itself recorded peak earnings prior to the separation.
