Construction company NCC has secured multiple new contracts across the Nordic region. The company will build a school and sports hall in Nesoddtangen, Norway, valued at approximately SEK 340 million. In Sweden, NCC will undertake a similar school construction project in Lilla Edet Municipality.

NCC will also construct three bridges and associated roads connecting the island of Atløy to mainland Norway for Vestland County Council, a project worth approximately SEK 1.4 billion. Additionally, NCC will refurbish and construct new apartments in the attic space of existing buildings in Upplands-Bro, Sweden, for an order value of approximately SEK 300 million.

Internationally, NCC is set to remodel the Kärreberg water treatment plant in Falkenberg, Sweden, for approximately SEK 220 million. The company has also agreed on infrastructure works for the second phase of the new Stora Sköndal district in Stockholm.

In addition to new commissions, NCC has agreed to sell the first section of its Hangar 5 property project in Bromma for SEK 790 million to Delcore Fastigheter, with ICA as the tenant. This transaction is expected to generate positive cash flow but will not impact earnings.
