NCC to build office complex in Denmark for SEK 1.2 billion
NCC has secured a contract to construct an office complex in Denmark covering approximately 33,000 square meters. The project has an order value of approximately SEK 1.2 billion.

Construction company NCC has signed an agreement valued at approximately SEK 1.2 billion (about EUR 105 million) to build a new office complex in Denmark. The project involves the renovation of four buildings originally constructed in the 1970s, along with the creation of approximately 14,000 square meters of new space through vertical extensions. Upon completion, the buildings will span a total area of around 33,000 square meters.
The project is being conducted in a partnering form alongside property investor Velliv, architects, and the tenant Cowi. NCC has developed the technical solutions required for reinforcing the existing structures to support the new upper floors.
Reuse and resource efficiency are key components of the development. Existing concrete floor beams and facades will be preserved, and approximately 1,900 windows will be renovated.
Construction is scheduled to commence in the autumn of 2026, with project completion expected by the end of 2028. NCC will register the order in the third quarter of 2026 within its Building Nordics business area.
