NCC to build office complex in Denmark for SEK 1.2 billion
Construction company NCC has secured an order worth approximately SEK 1.2 billion to refurbish and remodel an office complex in Lyngby, Denmark. The project is commissioned by pension provider Velliv.

Construction company NCC has been commissioned by pension provider Velliv to refurbish and remodel a 33,000 square meter office complex in Lyngby, north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The order value is approximately SEK 1.2 billion.
The project involves the renovation of four buildings originally constructed in the 1970s. It also includes the creation of approximately 14,000 square meters of new space through vertical extensions, bringing the total area to roughly 33,000 square meters upon completion.
NCC is undertaking the project in a partnering arrangement with Velliv, architects, and the tenant, Cowi. This collaborative approach aims to optimize the construction process and ensure the successful transformation of the office space.
