NCC to Construct Nursing Home in Turku for Hemsö

NCC has been commissioned by Hemsö to build a new nursing home in Turku, Finland. The order is valued at approximately SEK 200 million.

The project was developed jointly by NCC and Hemsö, a company focused on social infrastructure. The facility will span approximately 7,800 square meters and include 170 care places.

The nursing home will be operated by Varha, the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland. The increasing demand for healthcare and care services highlights the need for well-planned facilities.
