NCC and Örkelljunga Municipality have signed an agreement to build a new swim center and bowling alley in Örkelljunga, Sweden. The project has an order value of approximately SEK 250 million.
NCC and Örkelljunga Municipality have signed an agreement for the construction of a new swim center and bowling alley in Örkelljunga, Sweden.
The first phase of the project involved joint planning, design, and budgeting by both parties. The project will now move into the construction phase.
The agreement is a turnkey contracting deal with an order value of approximately SEK 250 million (around EUR 22 million).
The municipality has previously collaborated with NCC on other projects. The new facility is intended to serve as a community hub and attract visitors to the region.
