NCC to relocate headquarters to Bromma with projected annual savings of 50 million SEK
Construction company NCC will move its headquarters from Solna to Bromma in 2027. The relocation aims to reduce annual costs by 50 million SEK starting in 2028.
NCC has announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters from Solna to the Hangar 5 office complex in Bromma, scheduled for the third quarter of 2027. The move is projected to generate annual cost savings of approximately 50 million SEK, with the full financial impact expected to materialize by 2028.
The transition requires a financial adjustment of 198 million SEK in the third quarter of 2026. This cost relates to the remaining obligations under the current Solna lease, which is active until late 2029. The company clarified that this item, categorized as an effect on comparability, will not impact cash flow.
In addition to the cost reductions, the move contributes to higher economic occupancy rates within the Hangar 5 development. The consolidation reflects ongoing efforts by the company to streamline corporate expenses and improve operational efficiency.
