Neighborhood Credit Union awards $5,000 to five nonprofits

Neighborhood Credit Union awarded $5,000 to five nonprofit organizations on Thursday, June 25, as part of its annual Day of Giving event held at its Kaufman branch.

The organization granted each of the five organizations creating positive change in North Texas a $1,000 award.

KAUFMAN, Texas, July 7, 2026 – The credit union hosted the Day of Giving with the objective of giving back to the community.

Recipients included Organization A, Organization B, Organization C, Organization D, and Organization E.

The awards are intended to support the work of these organizations in the region, according to the credit union.
