Nelnet Business Services (NBS), a division of Nelnet, Inc., has acquired Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (Entab). Entab offers software solutions for school administration, management, and learning technology.

Based in New Delhi, Entab provides systems designed to support educational institutions with administrative processes and learning management. The company's technology is utilized internationally to streamline school operations and enhance educational delivery.

The acquisition is expected to bolster NBS's presence in the education technology market. By integrating Entab's offerings with its existing suite of administrative and financial solutions for educational clients, NBS aims to provide a more comprehensive technology platform.
