Neste Appoints Shareholders' Nomination Board Members
Neste Corporation has appointed the members of its Shareholders' Nomination Board. The board is responsible for preparing proposals on the composition and remuneration of Neste's Board of Directors.

Helsinki – Neste Corporation has appointed the members of its Shareholders' Nomination Board. The appointed members include Director General Maija Strandberg from the Prime Minister's Office of Finland as Chair, and EVP Annika Ekman of Ilmarinen and Senior Vice President Timo Sallinen of Varma as members.
The Nomination Board is tasked with preparing and presenting proposals to the Annual General Meeting regarding the election and remuneration of the company's Board of Directors. Its proposals are to be submitted to Neste's Board of Directors by January 31, 2027.
The members of the Nomination Board represent the company's three largest shareholders, determined annually based on the share register as of the first banking day in June. Pasi Laine, Chair of Neste's Board of Directors, will serve as an expert to the Nomination Board.
Neste is a global leader in renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel. The company's strategy prioritizes growth in renewable fuels to help customers reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. Neste also operates an oil products refinery in Porvoo, Finland.
