Neste Extends Sustainable Aviation Fuel Supply Agreements
Neste and United Airlines have extended agreements for the supply of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) in the US and the Netherlands.
Finnish renewable fuels producer Neste has extended its agreements with United Airlines for the supply of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). The agreements cover deliveries in both the United States and the Netherlands.
These agreements solidify Neste's role in decarbonizing the aviation sector. Sustainable aviation fuel offers a pathway to significant greenhouse gas emission reductions compared to fossil fuels and is a drop-in solution that requires no changes to aircraft or infrastructure.
In parallel, Neste is supporting the Tara Ocean Foundation's Arctic expedition by providing Neste MY Renewable Diesel™ to the foundation's research vessel. The expedition aims to study the Central Arctic Ocean's ecosystems under ice conditions.
