Neste updates dividend policy
Neste has introduced a new dividend policy targeting a payout ratio of 20–40 percent of earnings per share.

Neste’s Board of Directors has adopted a new dividend policy, setting a target to distribute between 20 and 40 percent of the company’s earnings per share as dividends to shareholders.
The update comes after two years of financial strengthening for the energy company. Management noted that an improved balance sheet and confidence in sustained cash flow generation allow for increased capital allocation toward shareholder remuneration, even while the firm continues to prioritize debt reduction and growth-oriented capital expenditure.
Neste maintains its focus on expanding its portfolio of renewable fuels. The company projects its annual production capacity for renewable products will reach 6.8 million tons by 2027 as it continues to balance capital returns with long-term industrial investment.
