At the event, Nestlé Deutschland hosted a booth to answer questions, particularly from students of business and nutritional sciences. The objective was to inform attendees about career paths at Nestlé and to generate interest in the company as a future employer.
The LZ Karrieretag, organized by Lebensmittel Zeitung since 2009, provided attendees with opportunities to attend expert lectures and engage in direct conversations with company representatives. Visitors could also receive feedback on their application documents.
Approximately 300 students and recent graduates attended the event, which featured 21 company stands. Nestlé Deutschland's participation aimed to attract talent for its operations and to strengthen its presence at recruitment fairs.
