Nestlé subsidiary Maggi shifts advertising focus to influencer-led campaigns

Nestlé Deutschland has launched a new campaign for its Maggi brand, titled ”Sooo Saucy – Sooo Good,” marking a shift toward creator-led digital advertising. The campaign features a collaboration between television personality Bruce Darnell and TikTok creator woistlena to promote the Maggi Saucy Noodles line.

By prioritizing social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram alongside YouTube and display advertising, the company aims to reach 87 percent of the 18–49 age demographic. The campaign is projected to generate over 400 million impressions, moving away from traditional broadcast advertising models.

Verena Hensel, Maggi Communication Lead, stated that the initiative is designed to align with current social media consumption patterns. Rather than using conventional ad formats, the campaign integrates the product into the daily lives of the influencers to create a more organic viewing experience.

The strategy reflects a broader industry trend of moving toward serial storytelling and creator partnerships to capture the attention of digital-savvy consumers who are increasingly resistant to traditional advertising methods.
