Nestlé's European 'Global Youth Initiative' was awarded for its future-oriented and sustainable approach to personnel management.
The company is committed to assisting young individuals in finding employment and training opportunities while supporting local communities. Nestlé is providing 15,000 apprenticeships and internships as part of a broader commitment to create 35,000 job opportunities for young people across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa by 2020.
This initiative aims to enhance the skills of young people globally, improving their prospects in the job market. In Europe, Nestlé has already exceeded its initial target of assisting 20,000 young individuals by providing job opportunities to 32,000 people.
