Neurocrine Biosciences reports 41% revenue growth in third quarter
Neurocrine Biosciences surpassed $1 billion in quarterly revenue for the first time, driven by strong product demand.

Neurocrine Biosciences reported $1.1 billion in total revenue for the third quarter of 2026, marking a 41% increase compared to the $795 million recorded during the same period in 2025. Following these results, the company raised its full-year 2026 sales guidance for its lead product, INGREZZA, to between $2.9 billion and $2.925 billion.
INGREZZA sales reached $801 million during the quarter, representing a 17% year-over-year increase. Other portfolio additions, CRENESSITY and VYKAT XR, also contributed significantly to the revenue growth. CEO Kyle W. Gano attributed the performance to sustained demand across the company’s drug portfolio.
The company is simultaneously expanding its clinical pipeline, with new trials initiated for obesity treatments and Alzheimer’s-related cognitive impairment. Additionally, Dr. Eiry W. Roberts has returned as Chief Medical Officer, and the company is preparing for an R&D day scheduled for December 15, 2026.
