NeuroLexIQ and Canary Speech Integrate AI Voice Analysis into Personal Injury Intake

NeuroLexIQ and Canary Speech have announced a strategic partnership to incorporate artificial intelligence-driven voice analysis into the initial intake process for personal injury cases. This collaboration embeds Canary Speech's vocal biomarker technology into NeuroLexIQ's Concussion Probability Report, aiming to detect potential brain injuries from a client's very first interaction.

Mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBIs) are frequently under-documented in personal injury litigation. Numerous individuals suffer concussions annually from incidents like car accidents and falls, with symptoms often hidden or fading over time, complicating legal claims. The partnership seeks to address this by equipping attorneys and their clients with an objective indicator of potential injury at the outset of a case.

The integration merges Canary Speech's sophisticated speech analysis capabilities into NeuroLexIQ's client intake workflow. During a structured conversation, before a medical exam may occur, the platform analyzes subtle speech patterns to generate a Concussion Probability Report. If the report signals a potential injury, it can trigger further diagnostic steps, such as qEEG validation, combining vocal data with FDA-cleared neurodiagnostic information to build a comprehensive legal record.

This approach provides attorneys with an objective marker captured at the initial contact, moving beyond reliance on potentially transient self-reported symptoms. For clients, it offers a swifter and less invasive path to determining if further medical evaluation is warranted. A pilot program for personal injury attorneys featuring the integrated workflow commenced in July 2026.
