Neuromod Appoints Senior Commercial Leadership

Neuromod Devices, a medical technology company, has announced the appointment of Joe Ghiz as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Shannon Basham as Vice President of Channel Development. These appointments are aimed at strengthening the company's global commercial strategy as it expands the reach of its tinnitus treatment device, Lenire.

Mr. Ghiz brings extensive experience from previous senior global roles at Align Technology, the company behind Invisalign, where he played a key role in developing and scaling the clear aligner category. Prior to Align Technology, he held leadership positions within Johnson & Johnson Vision Care for over a decade.

Ms. Basham joins Neuromod with more than 20 years of experience in the hearing care industry. Her most recent position was Senior Director of Audiology for Sonova Group in the United States. She has also held roles at Phonak and Insound Medical, focusing on clinical training and product commercialization.

The company aims to establish Lenire as a new standard of care for tinnitus. These new leadership hires are expected to support Neuromod's growth and its mission to provide treatment to the estimated 740 million people worldwide affected by tinnitus.
