Neuromod Devices Appoints New Sales Leadership
Neuromod Devices has appointed Joe Ghiz as Chief Commercial Officer and Shannon Basham as VP of Channel Development to lead its global sales strategy and channel expansion.
Dublin, Ireland – Neuromod Devices has announced the appointment of Joe Ghiz as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Shannon Basham as its Vice President of Channel Development. These appointments are intended to bolster the company's commercial operations and market reach.
Joe Ghiz joins Neuromod from Align Technology, the maker of Invisalign, where he held senior global sales positions. He will be responsible for overseeing the company's worldwide sales strategy and expanding access to its tinnitus treatment device, Lenire. Ghiz also has prior experience with Johnson & Johnson.
Shannon Basham brings over 20 years of experience in the hearing aid industry to her role as VP of Channel Development. She most recently served as Senior Director of Audiology for the Sonova Group in the United States. Her focus will be on developing and strengthening Neuromod's sales channels.
Neuromod Devices, which focuses on tinnitus treatment, aims to increase the availability of its Lenire device to patients globally. The company has stated that these leadership additions are crucial for its growth and its mission to address the needs of individuals suffering from tinnitus.
