NeuroSense Therapeutics Seeks Additional Time for Nasdaq Listing
Biotechnology firm NeuroSense Therapeutics received a notice from Nasdaq stating it has not met the minimum market value requirement but has regained compliance with the minimum bid price rule.

NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: NRSN), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, announced on October 2, 2026, that it received a determination from Nasdaq stating the company has not regained compliance with the minimum market value of listed securities (MVLS) requirement of $35 million for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company intends to request a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel to seek additional time to regain compliance.
The company was previously provided 180 days to achieve compliance with the MVLS requirement, a deadline it missed on September 29, 2026. This failure puts the company's ordinary shares and warrants at risk of delisting. NeuroSense plans to present its plan to regain compliance to the Panel and request an exception period, potentially up to 180 days from the determination date.
In parallel, NeuroSense announced it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share. Following a 1-for-20 reverse stock split, the company's share price has remained at $1.00 or greater for ten consecutive business days since September 15. Nasdaq has confirmed compliance on this matter.
Alon Ben-Noon, CEO of NeuroSense, stated that regaining compliance with the minimum bid price is an important step. The company will focus on presenting its plan to the Hearings Panel for the remaining listing requirement. Concurrently, NeuroSense continues its development of PrimeC for ALS, including preparations for its Phase 3 PARAGON trial.
