Neusoft Xikang reports 2023 results, healthcare services share grows

Neusoft Xikang Holdings Limited (stock code: 9686.HK) has announced its audited consolidated results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The company reported revenue of approximately RMB 537.7 million. The gross margin rose by 6.1 percentage points to 30.6%, and the net loss narrowed by 36.3% to approximately RMB 154.9 million.

The company benefited from the increasing recognition and rapid development of digital health services, with internet healthcare becoming a more common choice for patients. Government policies supporting the expansion of digital healthcare into broader medical scenarios have provided strong momentum for the industry.

Internet healthcare services revenue increased by 14.3% year-on-year. Notably, revenue from home care services grew by 279.2% to RMB 22.7 million. As of the end of 2023, home care services covered over 950 medical institutions in 95 cities, serving more than 150,000 individuals.
