Nevada King Receives Approval for 482 Additional Drill Sites

Nevada King Gold Corp. announced it has received approval from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for 482 additional drill sites at its Atlanta Gold Mine project in eastern Nevada. The approval includes 78 reverse circulation (RC) drill sites and 404 rotary air blast (RAB) drill sites, expanding the company's ability to explore the 130 km2 property.

The company has also mobilized a third drill rig to increase the pace of discovery drilling. This additional RC rig joins the two rigs already operating on site, a move that significantly accelerates the company's fully funded 40,000-meter Phase 4 RC drill program. Approximately 12,000 meters of this program have been completed to date.

The newly permitted drill sites are primarily located in the Atlanta South, Silver Park, and Western Rim target areas. Nevada King holds a 100% interest in the Atlanta project, which has a past-producing history and indicated gold and silver mineralization. The project is estimated to host 1.02 million ounces of gold in measured and indicated categories.

Nevada King Gold Corp. aims to advance the Atlanta project, which it fully owns. The company reported approximately C$18.1 million in cash and equivalents, sufficient to complete its current drilling program. The project is situated along the Battle Mountain trend in Nevada.
