India's 'new-age tech stocks' group continued its decline this week, with 47 stocks declining as benchmark indices recorded their eighth consecutive weekly fall. Moneyview's market debut this week increased the number of new-age tech companies under Inc42's coverage to 66. The combined market capitalization of these companies fell to $153.61 billion from $166.6 billion.
Turtlemint led the losers, falling 20.1% to ₹69.75. PB Fintech declined 15.66% to ₹983 following proposed changes to insurance commissions by regulator IRDAI. ESDS was the second-biggest loser, falling 18.54% to ₹1,431.70 after announcing its Q1 FY27 results.
Several other notable companies, including Swiggy, Fractal, and Paytm, hit fresh lows during the week. Meanwhile, SME-listed Zappfresh led the gainers, rising 22.55% to ₹60.49. RentoMojo, Meesho, and BlackBuck were also among the gainers.
Beyond stock movements, the week also saw GST notices, stake sales, and expansion plans across listed new-age tech companies. For instance, Kissht's NBFC arm received a ₹44.06 Cr GST notice, and WeWork India received a ₹11.01 Cr notice.
