A new global platform for investment, capital formation, and economic partnership will launch in Bali, Indonesia, on December 3-4. The New Asia Forum has set a target of US$30 billion in investment for the 'New Asia' at its inaugural edition, aiming to connect long-term capital with opportunities shaping the region's next decade.

Powered by Danantara Indonesia, Indonesia's sovereign fund, and produced by Richard Attias & Associates, the forum intends to serve as a gateway to the New Asia. It seeks to connect capital with projects, partnerships, and policymakers capable of transforming visions into investments. The event will focus on transaction readiness across eight strategic sectors, including energy, digital infrastructure, and agribusiness.

Rosan Roeslani, CEO of Danantara Indonesia and Indonesia's Minister of Investment, highlighted the forum's significance. "New Asia Forum brings long-term global capital closer to the opportunities being created across Indonesia and the wider region," Roeslani stated. The event is held under the patronage of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.

Richard Attias, founder of Richard Attias & Associates, noted the evolving role of Asia. "For decades, Asia has been viewed primarily as a destination for global capital. That story is changing," Attias said. "The New Asia will not simply attract capital. It will increasingly create it, direct it and determine where it can have the greatest impact." Over 1,000 leaders are expected to attend.
