New Canaan Society Expands National Board With Five New Directors
The New Canaan Society (NCS) has appointed five new members to its National Board of Directors. The expansion aims to enhance generational diversity and support the organization's accelerating growth.

The New Canaan Society (NCS), a national organization focused on men's growth in faith, family, and character, announced the appointment of five new members to its National Board of Directors. This marks the first expansion of the board in three years.
The expansion coincides with accelerated growth for NCS, which has launched 11 new chapters in the past 12 months. The new directors bring national and international experience in finance, talent advisory, real estate, global ministry, and public service, intended to strengthen governance as NCS prepares for its 2027 National Retreat.
"We're thrilled to welcome this exceptional group to the Board," said Dr. Chip Roper, Chairman of the NCS Board. "Adding high-caliber leaders with diverse, real-world perspectives is key to our strategy of moving the NCS movement forward."
The new appointments reflect intentional generational diversity, including leaders over 60 and under 50, aiming to incorporate perspectives from Gen X, Millennials, and Boomers. This approach seeks to ensure NCS remains relevant to the next generation of men.
NCS currently operates 58 active chapters globally, with 18 more in development. The organization has supported its growth through digital initiatives, including virtual chapter meetings and online resources. Registration is open for its 2027 National Retreat in Nashville.
