The ARTEMIS-008 trial was a randomized, open-label Phase III study that enrolled 442 patients with relapsed or refractory small-cell lung cancer. The trial was conducted across multiple countries, including South Korea. Treatment with risvutatug also led to improved progression-free survival and objective response rates when compared to topotecan.
Small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive form of cancer that typically responds well to chemotherapy initially but often recurs rapidly. Current treatment options for relapsed disease are limited. The promising results of risvutatug may offer a new therapeutic option for these patients.
