New Study Links Zinzino Balance Concept to Improved Omega-3 Levels

A large-scale study of 762,150 blood samples suggests users of the Zinzino Balance Concept achieved higher omega-3 levels and a better omega-6:3 ratio.

A new study analyzing 762,150 blood samples provides real-world evidence for the benefits of a test-based approach to monitoring omega-3 fatty acid levels.

The research found that individuals who adhered to Zinzino's Balance Concept for at least 120 days demonstrated higher omega-3 levels in their blood. They also exhibited a more balanced omega-6:3 ratio compared to both non-users and those taking omega-3 supplements without the structured program.

The findings indicate that simply consuming omega-3 supplements may not be sufficient to achieve optimal fatty acid balance, as individual responses can vary significantly. The study emphasizes the importance of testing to ensure adequate levels and a healthy ratio.

Globally, billions of adults are estimated to not meet the recommended daily intake of omega-3s from fatty fish. This research adds to the understanding that structured dietary approaches, coupled with monitoring, can effectively improve population-level fatty acid balance.
