Vintana at Keystone Heights, a new residential community, has opened in North Florida, aiming to provide affordable luxury and a resort-style living experience. Located adjacent to and connected with the award-winning Keystone Heights RV Resort, the community offers residents access to a wide array of amenities.
The development features smaller-footprint park model homes, ranging from approximately 400 to 850 square feet. These homes are move-in ready and start at $109,900. The model is designed to offer homeowners less maintenance and more time for leisure activities. Monthly site rent averages $690 and includes services such as water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, and security.
Residents will have access to extensive recreational facilities, including two solar-heated pools, pickleball courts, fitness centers, walking trails, and mini-golf.
