New York Governor Responds to 3D-Printed Gun Developer

New York Governor Kathy Hochul has declared her intention to counter a new tool developed by Cody Wilson, aimed at bypassing the state's laws concerning 3D-printed firearms. Hochul voiced her stance in the latest episode of the Decoder podcast. She warned Wilson that she would not permit the deliberate circumvention of the law. "You can tell Cody I will get ahead of him next," Hochul stated. "I can't always be on the forefront when I see someone intentionally thwarting a law."

The state law prohibits the creation and possession of 3D-printed guns within New York. According to Hochul, the law is in place to ensure public safety, and she is committed to preventing any attempts that undermine this legislation.
