Newcleus Hires BOLI/COLI Veteran and Former SEC Attorney

Newcleus, a firm specializing in executive benefit and BOLI/COLI (Bank-Owned Life Insurance/Corporate-Owned Life Insurance) solutions, announced the appointment of Ean Estep as Regional Managing Director. Estep joined the company in late September, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the BOLI/COLI industry. He also has a legal and regulatory background, having previously served as an attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

In his new role at Newcleus, Estep will focus on assisting financial institutions and other organizations with BOLI/COLI strategies and executive benefit programs. He previously worked at Northwestern Mutual, where he developed expertise in non-qualified benefit programs and executive retirement plans. Estep has a track record of designing strategies that aim to balance both institutional financial objectives and the long-term needs of key executives.
