Newcore Gold Appoints Mal Karwowska to Lead Corporate Development
Newcore Gold has appointed Mal Karwowska as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations. The appointment strengthens the company's strategic development of the Enchi Gold project in Ghana.

Vancouver, BC – September 3, 2020 – Newcore Gold Ltd. announced the appointment of Mal Karwowska as its new Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, effective September 8, 2020.
Karwowska brings over 12 years of experience in the mining sector, with a background in both corporate development and investor relations for publicly listed mining companies. Her previous roles include serving as Vice President, Corporate Development at First Mining Gold Corp. She also has experience in corporate finance and principal investing, having worked at firms like Pacific Road Capital Management, Oxygen Capital Corp, and Liberty Metals & Mining Holdings.

In connection with her appointment, Karwowska has been granted 750,000 stock options to purchase company shares at $0.75 per share, exercisable for five years. These options are subject to regulatory approval.
Newcore Gold is advancing its Enchi Gold project in Ghana, which currently hosts an inferred resource of 1.1 million ounces of gold. The company's 216-square-kilometer land package covers 40 kilometers of Ghana's prolific Bibiani Shear Zone, an area known for its significant gold deposits.
