Newcore Gold Ltd. has expanded its drilling program at the Enchi gold project in Ghana to a total of 80,000 meters. This expansion follows previous announcements where the company increased its drill program, first to 60,000 meters and then to 80,000 meters.

The company has reported multiple drill results from the Enchi project, including significant intervals of gold mineralization. Notable results include 1.23 g/t gold over 33.0 meters, which contained 2.16 g/t gold over 13.0 meters. Other reported findings consist of 1.59 g/t gold over 15.5 meters and 3.22 g/t gold over 6.4 meters.

Additionally, high-grade intersections have been announced, such as 147.5 g/t gold over 1.0 meter and 174 g/t gold over 1.0 meter. These results suggest potential for substantial gold deposits within the project area.

Newcore Gold has also recently commissioned a pre-feasibility study for the Enchi project and has completed several financing rounds, including a $15 million bought deal financing and over $10 million from warrant exercises. These funds are intended to support the expanded drilling program and ongoing development efforts in Ghana.
