Vancouver, BC – Newcore Gold Ltd. has filed the technical report supporting the updated, independent Mineral Resource Estimate for its Enchi Gold Project in Ghana. The report, prepared by DRA Americas Inc., is available on SEDAR+.

The updated estimate expands indicated mineral resources at Enchi to 83.6 million tonnes at an average grade of 0.56 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au), containing 1,502,000 ounces of gold. An additional inferred mineral resource of 40.1 million tonnes at an average grade of 0.49 g/t Au, containing 626,000 ounces of gold, is also included. The estimate is reported using a pit-constrained resource at a gold price of US$3,200 per ounce and has an effective date of October 6, 2025.

The indicated mineral resources will form the basis for the ongoing Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), which is targeted for completion by the end of June 2026. Approximately 12,500 metres of additional drilling has been completed on the project since October 2025, which is not included in the current estimate.

Newcore Gold President and CEO Luke Alexander stated that delivering this technical report is an important step in advancing the Enchi Gold Project towards a Pre-Feasibility Study. He highlighted that Enchi's multi-million ounce potential continues to be demonstrated, reinforcing the opportunity to unlock further value through exploration and development. An ongoing 60,000-metre drill program aims to define and expand resources, particularly focusing on higher-grade shoots at depth.
