Newcore Gold Ltd. reported new drilling results from its Enchi Gold Project in Ghana on Monday, June 16, 2026. The company stated that diamond drilling at the Sewum deposit encountered significant gold mineralization.

Hole SWDD121 intersected 1.37 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) over 24.0 metres, including 1.93 g/t Au over 12.0 metres, starting from 94.0 metres. This hole also yielded a separate zone of 0.55 g/t Au over 16.5 metres from 30.0 metres. Hole SWDD115 returned 0.74 g/t Au over 10.2 metres from 54.3 metres, alongside a higher-grade interval of 9.24 g/t Au over 1.9 metres from 251.4 metres.

These results are outside the limits of the pits constraining the current mineral resource estimate and were drilled to depths below previous mining activities. The Sewum deposit, the largest defined at Enchi, remains open along strike and at depth. Newcore Gold is conducting an 80,000-metre drill program at the project.

The ongoing drilling aims to expand the mineralized footprint and demonstrate further resource growth potential. The company is also on track to complete a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Enchi project by the end of June 2026.
