The new 13-member Executive Committee is designed to scale up the group's operating model through growth and competitiveness, enabling Nexans to better navigate an evolving market.
The committee, led by CEO Julien Hueber, aims to enhance the company's commercial strength, leverage industrial performance, and drive operational efficiency. The restructuring is intended to improve customer service across all markets and support Nexans' strategy to become a global pure player in electrification.
According to the company, the changes will foster collective success and anchor a culture of excellence. The focus will be on maximizing commercial capability, industrial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic acquisitions. This aims to scale up the model and expand into new geographies and verticals.
With over 140 years of history, Nexans operates in 41 countries, employs 28,500 people, and generated €7.1 billion in sales in 2024. The company is committed to Net-Zero emissions by 2050.
