Neximatic Achieves Epic Toolbox Designation for Vitals Gateway Integration
Neximatic has achieved Epic Toolbox designation for its Vitals Gateway & Middleware Device Integration solution. The designation confirms Neximatic's system aligns with Epic's standards for integrating medical device data into the Epic EHR.

Neximatic, a provider of solutions for capturing and logging patient vital signs into electronic health records (EHR), has announced it has achieved Epic Toolbox designation for its Vitals Gateway & Middleware Device Integration.
Epic grants this designation to solutions that adhere to Epic's recommended connection practices for a given category. Neximatic's recognition confirms that its solution aligns with Epic's standards for integrating medical device data directly into EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation or Epic's Anesthesia application.
The Toolbox designation builds upon Neximatic's existing presence in the Epic Showroom, where its solution has been listed in the Connection Hub since November 2025. The platform is already in use at over 1,000 surgery centers and hospitals in the U.S. and internationally.
Neximatic's system automates the capture and logging of vital signs from virtually any medical device, eliminating manual transcription and feeding accurate, timestamped data directly into clinician workflows within Epic. The solution is designed for easy deployment and maintenance, requiring minimal resources from facility IT teams. David Crisafi, Vice President of Customer Operations at Neximatic, stated that the designation reflects years of work to make interoperability between medical devices and EHRs seamless and effortless.
For health systems, working with a Toolbox-designated vendor reduces implementation complexity. Neximatic plans to continue expanding its Epic-aligned capabilities as it grows its presence across ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals.
