NexMetals Mining is progressing with its copper-nickel assets in Botswana, specifically focusing on the Selebi project. CEO Sean Whiteford reported that the company has successfully tripled its indicated resources at the site, signaling a significant shift in the project's scale.
The firm is currently developing a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) to evaluate the project's long-term viability. Whiteford noted that access to infrastructure remains a key priority, alongside ongoing exploration efforts designed to further refine the site's geological profile.
Management is actively reviewing funding strategies to support future development stages. The company remains focused on its strategic objective to expand its presence in the copper, nickel, and cobalt markets.
